Each lesson is approximately 55 minutes, utilizing the X-Golf Simulator in tandem with Onform's 3D camera system (iPhone 14 Pro or newer & iPad Pro M1 or newer).

All lesson package purchases are non-refundable. The discounted per-lesson rates offered on the 4- and 10-lesson packages reflect a commitment from the student to complete the full package. That commitment is what unlocks the reward — the savings off the standard $160 individual rate. A refund would break that commitment and the pricing model it's built on, so all package sales are final.

* Exceptions are handled on a case-by-case basis, as outlined in Section 6.

• Unused lessons expire 6 months from the purchase date.
• Lessons may be rescheduled with 24 hours' notice. Same-day cancellations and no-shows forfeit that lesson and are non-reschedulable.
• Lessons are non-transferable to another student.
• Lessons cannot be split or shared — for example, two people may not divide a single 55-minute lesson into 30 minutes each. Each lesson is for one student.
• Unused lessons carry no cash value.

Extending Expired Lessons

Once a package reaches its 6-month expiration, any remaining lessons may be reinstated in one of two ways:

• Paid extension — Pay the difference between the standard à la carte rate ($160 per lesson) and your package's per-lesson rate, multiplied by the number of remaining lessons. This unlocks a 30-day extension window.Extension = ($160 − package per-lesson rate) × remaining lessonsExample: 10-Lesson Package ($99/lesson), 5 lessons remaining → ($160 − $99) × 5 = $305 for a 30-day extension.
• Reinvest in a new package — Purchase any new lesson package and your remaining expired lessons roll into the new package at its per-lesson rate, with a fresh 6-month expiration from the new purchase date.

All-Access members are exempt from expiration while their subscription remains active.

• Gift certificates are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Redeemable toward any lesson package or Pro Shop item before the stated expiry date.
• No cash value.

JCole Golf Academy / X-Golf Frisco may, at its sole discretion, approve a refund or lesson credit in the following situations:

• Medical inability to play, supported by documentation (e.g. surgery, injury requiring extended rehab).
• Relocation of 50+ miles from the facility, with proof of new address.
• Facility closure or instructor unavailability preventing lesson delivery for 30+ consecutive days.

Refund Proration

If a refund is approved under this section, all lessons already taken are prorated at the standard individual rate:

• $160 per lesson taken from any package.
• $199 per Initial Assessment taken.

Refund = Original Purchase Price − ($160 × lessons taken) − ($199 × Initial Assessments taken)

Examples: 10-Lesson ($990), 2 taken → $670 refunded · 4-Lesson ($496), 1 taken → $336 refunded · 10-Lesson ($990), 1 assessment + 1 lesson → $631 refunded.

* Because the discounted rate is earned through commitment, exceptions are granted only for circumstances outside the student's control. Voluntary reasons — schedule changes, loss of interest, or preference for a different coach — do not qualify. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method; lesson credit may be offered as an alternative.

1. To reschedule a lesson, contact Jason Cole directly — phone or text preferred at (603) 236-9849, or by email to the academy — at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson.
2. To request an exception under Section 6, email the academy with supporting documentation. Each request is reviewed individually.
3. You will receive a confirmation; retain it for your records.

Customers are asked to contact JCole Golf Academy / X-Golf Frisco directly before initiating a credit card dispute or chargeback. All package purchases are final per this policy; disputes filed in violation of these terms may be contested with the signed agreement on file.

Some states require specific refund disclosures or cooling-off periods for prepaid services. Where state law mandates a refund window, that requirement applies to customers in that jurisdiction and supersedes the no-refund terms of this policy to the extent required by law.

By signing below, the student confirms they have read, understood, and agree to this Refund Policy & Agreement — including the commitment-based pricing, the no-refund terms, the proration rates applied to any approved exception, and the expiration and reschedule rules.
