Filming tips for the best analysis
- • Phone steady — prop it on a stand, bag, or tripod so the frame doesn't move mid-swing.
- • Down-the-line view — stand behind the golfer, ball in frame, camera at hand height.
- • Face-on view — opposite side, capturing the full body and finish (optional but helpful).
- • Good light — film outdoors or with the bay well-lit; avoid shooting into the sun.
- • Full swing in frame — from setup through the finish, 5–10 seconds long is plenty.
- • In Onform — tap the record button, take a couple swings, then hit Share → Copy Link and paste it below.
